Dr. Joby is a native of the DFW metroplex. She earned her degree in Healthcare Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas, then her Doctor of Optometry from the University of the Incarnate Word, Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio. She remains active in optometric organizations and has volunteered in school vision screenings throughout her training.
She completed externships that emphasized ocular disease, specialty contact lenses, dry eye, myopia management, and pre- and post-operative cataract care. That hands-on experience helps her provide thorough exams and clear treatment plans for patients of all ages.
Dr. Joby is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association. In her free time, she enjoys time with family and friends, new places and foods, and playing pickleball.
